Diabetes a life style disease 

Life style disease is something which are largely contributed by our changing lifestyle over probably a two decades or three decades. There are the impact of various cultures and the type of work the type of food habits and the sleeping pattern everything has changed and this will lead to a group of disease not one to mention a few ,Diabetes is hitting the list and hypertension,  high cholesterol ,various vitamin deficiency like vitamin D,B12. 
 When come to diabetes, there are 2 types of diabetes type 1 and type 2 both are serious  there are too much glucose in their blood.If the body have too much glucose it is regulated by insulin .if the insulin does work properly the level of glucose will high in the blood .Type 2 diabetes will happen due to our  life style .This disease increased day by day among population due to lack of exercise and life style change .50 percentage of the diabetes is preventable.Because the person with higher chances of diabetes, who control their food habits and life style will prevent future diabetes. If once diabetes hits the person has to take the medicine through out their life.symtoms of diabetes are weight loss ,tiredness, going toilet frequently , feeling thirst 
We can control the life style disease by doing regular exercise, it should be atleast 15 minutes to above . Per week is necessary to prevent the disease. It will improve the influx of sugar in the cells metabolized energy generated, this will reduce glucose in our body.it will also prevent obesity.A regular diet should be followed. A balanced diet is very much important in controlling your diabetes. Good proportion of carbohydrate, proteins, fat, associated with vitamins to be taken ,we should not take excess calories. Avoid junk foods. So following good Physical activity and proper diet we can control our life style diseases especially diabetes.
